Volunteer
Safety. Support. Healing.
Volunteer with Kendall County Women's Shelter to join us in providing safety, support and healing to women and families as they begin their transition out of violence and onto their next step.
Our Volunteer Program offers you the option to serve in an area where you feel gifted and comfortable. Whether you are providing direct client services at the shelter* or indirect services through our administrative office or thrift store, every hour you contribute is making a difference in the lives of adult and child victims of domestic violence.
*In order to serve in direct client services at the shelter, the state mandates 20 hours of documented training that we offer free of charge to our volunteers several times throughout the year. Visit the Sign Me Up! page for more information and to get started.
